Top 100 law firm Bircham Dyson Bell has been appointed to the legal panel able to advise the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), following a competitive tendering exercise.
Led by public law partner David Mundy and fellow partner Chris Findley, who heads the firm’s specialist agriculture and landed estates group, the Bircham Dyson Bell team is competing to advise on a wide range of legal issues having been successfully appointed under the Framework Agreement to be able to advise on 12 of the possible 13 lots that were available.

Bircham Dyson Bell has been reappointed to the legal panel advising English Heritage. Led by planning partner Mark Challis, the Bircham Dyson Bell team will focus on planning and environmental issues.

The Public Affairs and Communications team at leading law firm Bircham Dyson Bell has been retained as public affairs and communications consultants to Merseytravel. The firm was awarded the 5 year contract as a result of a competitive tender exercise, which initially attracted interest from over 100 firms and agencies.
Merseytravel is the public body responsible for coordinating transport across Merseyside with the aim of delivering a fully integrated and sustainable transport network accessible to all.

Chiltern Railways has applied for permission to upgrade the Oxford to Bicester railway line to allow it to run trains from London Marylebone to Oxford via Bicester. It has made an application under the Transport and Works Act 1992 for the project it has dubbed 'Evergreen 3'.
