Judith specialises in UK and international trust and estate planning, advising both trustees and beneficiaries. She acts for a number of families whose wealth is held in groups of trusts. She frequently advises on trust restructuring in order to meet the needs of different generations.
Judith also acts for non-UK domiciliaries who require advice on domicile and residence issues in the context of their international tax planning.
