Mothiur joined the firm in March 2005, having completed his training contract at CMS Cameron McKenna. He has advised clients in relation to objections to Compulsory Purchase Orders, Stopping Up Orders and Transport and Works Act Orders. In addition, he has experience in advising on planning agreements and objections to planning applications.
