Construction projects often give rise to disputes and our team is experienced in the conduct of such disputes whether as adjudications, or as arbitrations, or as Claims in the Technology & Construction Court. Our experience and track record includes acting in disputes arising from very large scale building projects, major infrastructure and transport projects as well as smaller projects. We are familiar with the standard construction contracts including those with partnering obligations and are experienced in working with expert witnesses including forensic programmers in prolongation disputes.
 
As well as acting in disputes between employers and contractors, we also act for and against construction professionals.
 
With the exception of disputes with residential occupiers or other more limited exceptions, construction disputes have the unique feature of the adjudication system and are therefore open to possible exploitation by unscrupulous contractors . Our knowledge and understanding of the adjudication system allied to our experience on behalf of our clients means that we can quickly assess the risks involved in a particular situation and draw upon our resources to assemble a team of suitable size and expertise to ensure that our client's formal response and supporting evidence is prepared and served within the usual 14 day period.
