Our Butterworths book on the Planning Act 2008

The Planning Act 2008 introduces far-reaching changes to the way many large projects are authorised, including airports, windfarms, nuclear power stations and reservoirs. A team of us at Bircham Dyson Bell have written the first book that explains the new regime, in a user-friendly way that will be useful to promoters as well as those likely to be affected by these major schemes.
